We want you to love your Outdoorific purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

✔️ Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible:

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase (order number) is required

• Certain items (customized or clearance) may not be eligible for return

To start a return, email support@outdoorific.com with your order details and reason for return.

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or item? Email us to arrange an exchange. Standard return rules apply.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
